Our first step together will be a free, 30-minute in-person consultation. I’ll visit your home, and together we’ll explore the areas where support is most needed.
We will discuss and agree on a realistic goal and timeframe which works for you.
Within 48 hours, I’ll follow up via email with a tailored support plan and quote for your approval.

This timeframe allows space to begin the decluttering process meaningfully, building both momentum and the mental clarity needed for what can be a surprisingly emotional task.
Longer sessions are not recommended, as they can lead to decision fatigue and physical overload. If additional time is needed, we can schedule it for a later date that suits you.

Sessions outside these hours may be accommodated in exceptional circumstances, this can be discussed during your consultation. Any further hours within the standard time range are charged at £60 per hour, and rounded up to the nearest hour.
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the planned fee.
After your free 30-minute consultation, a 50% deposit is required to secure your session. An invoice will be issued upon completion, including any additional charges (e.g. parking, supplies). Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or BACS transfer.
Please note: Perfectly Practical Solutions will always leave a note of your address and time of session with a 3rd party only to ensure personal safety.
