Never. Decisions are always yours. We offer gentle guidance and moral support to help you decide what stays, what goes, and what might be repurposed.  We will never take anything away from your home. We are here to guide and support you.  What leaves your space is always your choice and your decision.

Yes. We understand how emotionally complex decluttering can be. Together, we’ll find respectful ways to honor your memories while making space for your present. 

Yes. We offer family-friendly support and can help children learn simple, fun routines for keeping their spaces tidy. I hold an enhanced DBS check and a Level 3 British Sign Language certificate for your peace of mind. 

Not at all. It’s surprisingly common to discover that extra storage boxes aren’t needed once we’ve decluttered. We usually find clever ways to repurpose what you already have. When every item in your home feels purposeful and aligned with your wellbeing, we’ll help you arrange them in a way that’s both functional and easy to access. Only if something truly useful is missing will we suggest a new container. 

Our first step is a free, 30-minute in-person consultation. I’ll visit your home, and together we’ll explore where support is most needed. After that, I’ll follow up within 48 hours via email with a tailored plan of support. 

Sessions typically last between 3 and 6 hours, depending on your needs, energy levels and pace that feels right for you. We will also work in a way that's comfortable, respectful and productive.
