Perfectly Practical Solutions is a local personalised service helping clients within the beautiful Chiltern Hills and surrounding areas to take control of their homes and make space for their lives. 

My passion for helping people enjoy their homes comes from a lifetime of experience; frequent moves within the armed forces, followed by years in the structured worlds of aviation and private healthcare. Combined with an appreciation for the harmonizing Chinese practice of Feng Shui - which I studied in my free time, Perfectly Practical Solutions was born. 

I established Perfectly Practical Solutions to help people create calm and organize their homes into spaces that are functional, feel good to live in and make everyday life easier.  

Alongside my business, I volunteer at a local primary school, supporting children as they build confidence in their reading. It’s a role I find deeply rewarding, and one that reflects my belief in the power of calm, supportive environments - whether at home or in the classroom.  I hold a current enhanced DBS check, and both public liability and professional indemnity insurance – so you can be confident you and your family are in safe hands.  

I also hold a Level 3 British Sign Language Certificate, which allows me to communicate more inclusively and support clients and families who use BSL. I believe that everyone deserves to feel understood and at ease in their own home, and this extra skill, though by no means proficient, helps me offer a more thoughtful and accessible service.
